much needed trip to the beach!

we went to the coast on saturday

with our good friend sammy.

it was gorgeous day! sometimes you

don't realize just how good

it is to get out of town,

until you smell that ocean air!

we all shared some healthy snacks

before dining on fried food at moe's.
